The domain of Château St-Pierre de Serjac occupies a superb site of 100 hectares with a breathtaking view of the vineyards, olive trees and woods. At the heart of the property, the cellar has been completely modernized and the first vintages of the new era were bottled in 2018.

With more than 15 different grape varieties flourishing in the heart of the vineyard, St-Pierre de Serjac is nicknamed "the nursery of grape varieties". Located in the foothills of the Faugères, the terroir benefits from its influences with a predominantly clay-limestone soil.

The cellar and the vines were completely restored between 2013 and 2016. The cellar now houses 21 stainless steel vats used for the vinification of the different cuvées. On either side of the entrance, two casks bear witness to the history of the estate.
