Gastronomic restaurant
In the valley of the Orb, natural park of Haut Languedoc, stands the house of chef Thierry Deloulay who knows his land, its producers and their products and is inspired by it for an authentic, fresh and friendly cuisine.
A rather short menu because it changes according to the seasons and the weather, a wine list with good proposals of wines by the glass. Line-caught yellow pollack crushed with young carrots, squab in a crust of smoked bacon spelled and roasted tomato, the millefeuille with chestnuts from Olargues and its chestnut ice cream melts in the mouth.
