This 1920s Art Deco house is further enhanced by a modern extension, full of floral curves, featuring a rotunda dining room adorned with soft, plant-based materials and organic shapes. The duo of Stéphan Paroche on the savoury side and Justine Viano on the sweet (formerly of La Table de Castigno) offer a modern cuisine built around several surprise tasting menus, including vegetarian options. It is, in fact, their plant-forward creations – such as the amuse-bouches or the sea-scented foraged starter – that best showcase the finesse of their craft. The excellent wine list – rich in Languedoc and Roussillon wines, as well as fine Rhône vintages – is well worth exploring. One Michelin star.
