Description

The restaurant at the Hôtel Richer de Belleval, a magnificent 17th-century house in the hills above the city. The cuisine of the Montpellier twins is a blend of classic cuisine with a creative touch that has made their reputation thanks to the imposing frescoes on the ceilings. It is thought through to the smallest detail and meticulously executed. Richer de Belleval, botanist and founder of Montpellier's Jardin des Plantes, would not have appreciated such a score.
