We are delighted to welcome you and we hope that your stay with us will be most pleasant.


In your accommodation you will find hospitality and cleaning products, bed linen, bath and pool towels. For your arrival the beds will be prepared according to the indications that we will have received at the time of your reservation.

For stays of 7 nights or more, linen and towels are changed every 3 or 4 days. When you go to the main pool remember to bring your pool towels to dry between each use. 

Our maintenance team cleans the rentals between each stay. However, if you have not opted for the end-of-stay cleaning service, you will be asked to return the premises in good condition and to vacate the accommodation by 10 a.m. at the latest. We kindly ask you to leave your accommodation in a suitable state, as follows: kitchen and bathrooms clean, bins emptied. Where applicable, if the accommodation is left in an unacceptable condition, a charge will be deducted from your deposit.

Our commitment to the environment

Most of the cleaning products we use are natural and/or organic.

In order to save water, we suggest a change of linen every 3 or 4 days.
