THE MEDITERRANEO RESTAURANT

The restaurant, run by our chef Fabien Guillaume and his team, serves Mediterranean cuisine prepared exclusively with fresh and local products. . Our menu changes often, depending on what the seasons offer. Dishes are served in the magnificent dining room or on the terrace, which offers a spectacular view of the vineyards. There is also a children's menu and a terrace menu in summer and events throughout the year.

Breakfast Buffet from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.< /p>

The buffet is served in the restaurant at the rate of €22 per adult, €12 per child.< /span>

Upon request, breakfast baskets can be delivered to your accommodation for 19 € per person, please order the day before. 

~< br>Lunch 12 p.m. – last orders at 2 p.m.

Lunch menu or a la carte, lunch is served in the dining room or on the terrace. During the summer,  we propose  a  non-stop service until 5:30 p.m. Poolside beverage service is available from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. 

~ Dinner 7 p.m. – last orders at 9:30 p.m.

Dinner takes place in a relaxed atmosphere, with a menu that highlights value Mediterranean flavors.  In summer two evenings are organized: the Tapas evening and the BBQ evening.


Note that the restaurant is often full, so to avoid disappointment, remember to book for lunch or dinner. We cannot guarantee you a table without a reservation.

Meals are served in the magnificent dining room or on the terrace, which offers a spectacular view of the vineyards.

OUR COMMITMENT TO THE ENVIRONMENT

En  2017,  we  have  started to  produce our  clean  vegetables and  herbs aromatic  on  the  domain for  a  use  in  kitchen,  guaranteeing  so  perfectly fresh, organic products with no carbon footprint. Where we do not yet produce our own, we favor local products (and if possible organic). All glass, wood and cardboard packaging used in the restaurant is recycled.

In 2018, we moved to using paper straws in our beverages. The transition to agitators will be the next step, when the current stock runs out. At this time, we only add them to drinks upon request.

In the Future - We  let's test  currently  a  system allowing  from  recycle all  our  oils from  cooking in  biofuel and  hope,  the year  next,  put  in  square  a system to offset carbon emissions generated by our customers' visits.

We work hard to minimize our impact on the environment.
