Description
Discover the cuisine of Michelin-starred chef Matthieu De Lauzun. Come and taste in Pézenas the culinary richness of the chef who draws on his multiple experiences in Japan, Thailand, Taiwan or many years in Morocco.
Matthieu has kept the taste of a cuisine with a strong identity, rich in flavors and very distinct tastes. Young Talent Gault et Millau in 2009 and Grand de Demain in 2014, Matthieu won his first Michelin star in 2009 and has been kept ever since.
